Dismantling the lens and shutter is not particularly difficult.

I used a set of locking grips with their jaws covered with masking tape to remove the name ring and then the front lens unit.

My rubber driver would not shift them.

The rear element is held in by the usual retaining ring. I used a set of heavy duty dividers to loosen these rings
